What it does
One document,
from quote to paid.
Generic invoicing software has no idea what a car is. Upshift starts from the vehicle: find it by registration or VIN and the customer fills itself in. The quote becomes the job card becomes the invoice, so a job is never typed twice.

One record through all three stages. Accepted quotes convert straight to an invoice. Your logo and colours on the document.
Parts, payments, expenses
Stock comes down when a linked part is invoiced. Payments ledger with real balance due, not just paid or unpaid.

Workshop plan
Per workshopR799 per month, incl. VAT
Billed monthly in South African Rand. The first 14 days are free. No per-user fee and no cap on customers, invoices or vehicles.

The one extra
The workshop floor — tablets on the bench, job timers and checklists — is a separate module rather than a higher tier. Nothing above is held back to sell it to you, and a workshop that does not run a floor never sees it.
The free trial
Fourteen days, free. A card is required to start it so the subscription can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before day fourteen and you are not charged at all.
After the trial
R799 is charged to your card on the day the trial ends, and monthly from then on. Every charge is shown in Settings → Billing inside Upshift.
Cancelling
Cancel yourself in Settings → Billing, at any time, without contacting anyone. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no further charges. See the refund and cancellation policy.
How payment is taken
Card payments are processed by a registered South African payment gateway over an encrypted connection. Your card is tokenised by the gateway — Monoform never sees or stores your card number.
