What we build
Software, automation,
and a straight answer
about which you need.
Not every problem is a software problem. Some are a process that nobody has written down, and building an app on top of that just makes the mess faster. We will tell you which one you have before you spend anything.
Custom software
Built around your
operation, not a template.
Off-the-shelf software makes you change how you work to suit it. That is fine for accounting and hopeless for the part of your business that is actually yours — the way you schedule, inspect, dispatch, record and prove. That part is worth building properly.
Everything we build is multi-user and role-aware from the first day, so the owner, the office and the person in the field each get the view they need and nothing they don't. Every action leaves a record.
Typically includes
- Web application, installable to a phone home screen
- Role-based access — owner, manager, staff
- Field capture that survives bad signal
- Photographs attached at the point of work
- Audit trail on every record
- Exports to CSV and PDF, so your data is never trapped
Right for you if
You have a process that is genuinely specific to your business, more than a handful of people touching it, and a spreadsheet that has quietly become load-bearing.
AI automation
The work that shouldn't
need a person.
Most of what gets called AI in business is one of four things: reading documents, answering questions from documents you already have, writing the same report every week, or sorting incoming messages. All four are worth automating. None of them require you to rebuild your company.
We build these so they show their working — every answer points at the source it came from, so your team can check it rather than trust it. An automation nobody trusts gets switched off within a month.
Typically includes
- Invoice, delivery note and document extraction
- An assistant that answers from your own manuals and policies
- Weekly and monthly reporting, written before you ask
- Email and WhatsApp triage and routing
- Citations on every answer, so it can be checked
- A human approval step wherever the cost of being wrong is real
Right for you if
Someone on your team spends hours a week copying information from one place to another, or answering the same question for the twentieth time.
Systems audit
Find out what it is
actually costing you.
A fixed-price review of how work actually moves through your business — not how the org chart says it does. We follow a job from the first phone call to the paid invoice and write down every place it stops, gets retyped, or waits for one person.
You get a written report at the end. It is yours whether or not you ever build anything with us, and it is specific enough to hand to somebody else.
What you get
- Half a day with your team, on site or remote
- A written map of how work moves today
- Every bottleneck, with an estimate of what it costs
- A prioritised list — best payback first
- What to fix with process, not software
- Fixed price, agreed before we start
Right for you if
You know something is wrong but not what to fix first, or you have been quoted for a system and want to know whether you need it.
How it works
You know the price
before we start.
We do not bill by the hour. Hourly billing pays us for being slow, and it leaves you unable to plan. Every piece of work is scoped, quoted and agreed as a fixed price before anything gets built.
01 — Call
Thirty minutes, no charge
You describe what is taking too long. We ask enough questions to know whether this is a software problem, and say so either way. Nothing to sign, nothing to pay.
02 — Scope
A written scope and a fixed price
We map how the work moves today and write down exactly what will be built, what it will not do, what it costs and how long it takes. You approve that document before anything else happens.
03 — Build
Something real to look at, early
Built in short passes, each one ending with something you can open and use. You steer it the whole way instead of approving a specification and waiting three months to find out it was wrong.
04 — Live
Your team on it, with training
We put your people on the real system with real work before it replaces anything. Training is part of the build, not an extra line at the end.
05 — Run
Hosted, supported, and yours
A monthly agreement covers hosting, monitoring, backups and changes as you find them. The code and the data belong to you — if you ever want to move it elsewhere, you can, and we will help you do it.

Bring the thing that costs your team the most time every week. Half an hour is usually enough to know whether it is worth fixing.
