Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business, your email address, a phone number if you give one, and what you write in the message. Nothing else, and nothing you have not chosen to send.

To reply to you and to arrange a call. That is the only reason. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share it with anyone.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. If we end up working together, your details are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, and afterwards only where we are legally required to keep records.

The form submission passes through our website host in order to reach our inbox, and our email provider stores the message. Both are bound by their own data protection obligations. Nobody else receives it.

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not profile visitors. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rassie@monoform.co.za and we will action it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
