"Show me Block 6, 18 January."
The spray happened. The proof is in a lever-arch file, a notebook in a bakkie and one man's memory. You now have three weeks of work to rebuild something that should take twenty minutes.
FieldMind — a Monoform system
FieldMind records every spray, every block and every tank as the work happens. The audit file writes itself — and you can see what the farm is actually doing without phoning anyone.

Where it costs you
The spray happened. The proof is in a lever-arch file, a notebook in a bakkie and one man's memory. You now have three weeks of work to rebuild something that should take twenty minutes.
Somebody counted the days by hand off a wall calendar and got it wrong. One rejected consignment costs more than a season of software.
You find that out in June, when there is nothing left to do about it. The numbers existed all along — they were never written anywhere they could be counted.
What changes
That is the whole idea. Not a clerk typing up job cards on a Friday, and not a spreadsheet rebuilt from a pile of paper at month end. The man spraying Block 6 records four tanks on Block 6 while he is standing in Block 6.
Everything else follows from that one honest entry. The withholding clock starts itself. The chemical comes off stock. The applicator is on the record. The block shows as on hold until it clears. Nobody has to remember to do any of it.
Every number, its comparator
215,420 cartons on its own is a number in a box. 215,420 — 93.7% of a 230,000 target, 5,669 per hectare, inside the 5,500–6,550 band tells you whether to worry before your coffee is finished. Nothing on the screen appears without what it should be measured against.
The part that keeps you awake
Audits are not lost on the farming. They are lost on a training register nobody signed, a sprayer calibration certificate that ran out in March, and one spray record that cannot be produced for one block on one date. FieldMind holds every requirement against the document that satisfies it, and tells you what is about to expire.
And where there is no signal: sprays, incidents and photographs are captured on the phone anyway and upload when it finds a bar. The record keeps the time the work was logged, never the time it uploaded — which is precisely the part somebody checks later.
Why it fits
A table-grape farm in the Hex River Valley sent us twenty-eight of their working documents — spray orders, the mix calculator, the chemical stock flipfile, fertilisation programmes planned two seasons out. Where their documents disagreed with our software, the software changed.
There is a Block 2 on every one of your units. An order that just says "Block 2" is an order that gets sprayed in the wrong place.
Spacing gives vines per hectare, vines give millilitres, millilitres give litres, litres give tanks. Your unit of work is a tank.
Tractor, sprayer, gear, RPM, pressure, nozzles and the calibration number — the thing an auditor actually asks for.
What you are probably thinking
No signal
Then it works without one. Sprays, incidents and photographs are captured on the phone whether there is signal or not, and upload when it finds some. The record keeps the time it was logged, not the time it synced.
The team
An operator only ever records what they did — which block, which chemical, how many tanks. Big targets, one hand, works with gloves on. Nobody is asked to type a paragraph or find a menu.
Setup
That is exactly what the Nampo offer is for. We come to the farm and do it — your units, blocks, cultivars, chemicals and people loaded, and your team walked through it on your own ground.
Before
Most of it was designed for farms in general. This was designed from one real farm's paperwork, and it is still being shaped by the farm using it. If it does not fit how you work, that is a fault to fix, not a habit for you to change.
Price
It depends on the size of the operation, so we quote it in writing after we have seen the farm — never a number guessed at a stand. The demonstration and the setup cost you nothing either way.
The Nampo offer
The reason farm software fails is that nobody ever finishes setting it up. So we do it. We come out, load your units, blocks, cultivars, chemicals and people, and walk your team through it on your own farm — at no charge.
Bring one spuitopdrag to the stand and we will show you that exact job inside FieldMind before you commit to anything.
