My name is Erasmus Smit. I grew up Afrikaans in Paarl. I have family that farms in the north. I watched people I care about manage enormous operations with WhatsApp groups and paper records — and I knew the technology existed to do better.
I built the entire Fieldmind system myself — no development team, no IT background. Just a clear problem, a lot of persistence, and the right tools. That discipline shapes everything Monoform builds.
